Morgan Stear - President

Morgan’s passion for all things mechanical started when he was young. It began with taking apart Hess trucks just to put them back together. It progressed into designing and building snow plows for his four wheeler. Today the “projects” have become more advanced and a bit more expensive.

Morgan’s enthusiasm led him to Penn State University where he earned degree in Mechanical Engineering. After graduation, Morgan began his career at Lutron where his focus was tooling design and development, product design and development, and project leadership. Morgan also gained valuable experience working for Alcon as a field service engineer. During his time at Alcon, Morgan garnered the importance of designing equipment to be easily maintained.

Morgan spends his free time wrenching on everything from dirt bikes to boats.
